ESTABLISHMENT JOINT VENTURE KOTUG SMIT

KOTUG International B.V. (KOTUG) and Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) form a Joint Venture KOTUGSMIT. All harbour towage operations in Northwestern Europe are transferred to this new JV.
