Headquartered in The Netherlands KOTUG complies with applicable EU rules and regulations. In view of the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter: “GDPR”) on the 25th of May 2018, we hereby take the opportunity to provide some information about the measures we take to safeguard your privacy.


KOTUG has lawful and legitimate purposes for processing personal data, as permitted by the GDPR. If processing of personal data is required by KOTUG for other specific business purposes, we will ask for explicit consent. Personal data processed by us may include your name, gender, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, language preference, job title, function, ID and/or information about the sector you work in. 


You have the right to know what personal data we collect and store and you may request a copy at any time. You are also entitled to have your personal data corrected, you may request us to delete your personal data and/or you can object to certain personal data being used or, where applicable, ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory data protection authority. If required, only the minimum of data is processed and securely stored by KOTUG, until the specific purposes are achieved (complying to the maximum retention period), or until your explicit withdrawal of consent is received by us in writing. We do not distribute data to third parties without legitimate purposes or needed to jointly achieve a business goal and expressly agreed to by you.
